This website (rmindpsicologia.com) exists to provide information about the professional psychology and neuropsychology services offered by Fernando Ruiz Martínez and to allow appointment requests via form, WhatsApp or the Google appointment calendar.

3. Terms of use

Access to and use of this site grants the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services, and not to use them to engage in unlawful, defamatory activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, images, the "RMind" trademark and other content on this site are the property of Fernando Ruiz Martínez or are used with due authorisation. Reproduction, whether total or partial, without prior written consent is prohibited.

This site does not replace a medical diagnosis. Informational content (including the blog) does not constitute individualised clinical advice. The owner does not guarantee continuous availability of the site and is not liable for damages arising from its use, except as provided by law.

This site may link to third-party services (Google Calendar, WhatsApp). The owner does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of those external services.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that correspond under Spanish consumer protection regulations.

Managing appointment requests and enquiries received via form, email or WhatsApp.
Providing the requested professional service (psychology sessions or neuropsychological assessment).
Responding to enquiries and maintaining the professional relationship.
Complying with legal and professional-conduct obligations specific to the profession.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR), the data subject's consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a) and, for health data processed in the context of clinical care, explicit consent (art. 9.2.a) and the provision of healthcare (art. 9.2.h).

4. Data processed

Name, phone number and/or email, reason for enquiry and, where relevant to providing the service, health data shared during the assessment or session. When you choose a slot in the calendar, Google processes the data necessary to manage the appointment under its own privacy policy.

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Service providers are used (hosting, Google Calendar/Workspace) who act as data processors under the safeguards required by the GDPR. If you get in touch via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes the data necessary for messaging under its own privacy policy, which may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the safeguards provided for under the GDPR apply (standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the professional relationship and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods for liability and the clinical record-keeping obligations that apply to the profession.

7. Data subject rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to ferruizmartinez6@gmail.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

8. Automated decisions

No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out based on the data provided.

Information shared during a session is subject to the professional secrecy obligations of psychology, under the code of conduct of the Official College of Psychologists.
